WHAT MAKES OUR PROGRESS™ SKINCARE LINE SPECIAL?

skincare Skincare

Bottom-line……………………………Fresh, All-Natural and 100% CHEMICAL FREE!

All our products are made in small batches, with integrity and care, and the most basic quality ingredients (also ordered fresh in small supply). This ensures the freshest, highest quality product possible. Our mineral blends are made with six of the best minerals powders available.

Less is better when it comes to healthy skin. Our products aren’t masking…they don’t strip the skin, nor do they work to over-ride it’s intelligence. Progress™ skincare works with your skin helping it repair itself by truly nourishing it with gentle plant extracts and earth-minerals that have been around forever. You feel a difference the first time you use our products. Immediately your skin drinks in the nutrients without any heavy, greasy feeling…and the effects are long-lasting. A little goes a long way!

We formulated our all products to work hand-in-hand with each other, but there’s no necessary protocol…try any ONE of our products and your skin will reward you with it’s own glowing, radiance. Progress™ skincare works on a cellular level, but in a natural, gentle form that your skin recognizes and appreciates. We work to holistically, enhance your natural beauty from the inside out! Every time you use our products you can trust that you’re doing something good for you skin, without any harmful, long-term, side-effects. Known to pose health risks…why spend your hard earned money, and sacrifice your health on products that only MASK problem skin while taking the chance of causing greater health problems along the way?

WHAT ARE YOU SETTLING FOR?

face Skincare

If you’re young…you’re use to commercial products that strip your skin of all it’s natural oils and defenses, with harsh chemicals and alcohols that leave your skin vulnerable. These products might leave your skin feeling fresh and clean at first, but your skin isn’t happy. It immediately sets to work producing extra oils to protect and nourish itself…producing the opposite effect you were seeking. If you have acne-prone skin, this causes a big problem with increased breakouts, so you clean your face more…helping the problem, rather than solving it.

If you have mature skin, then you’re use to rich, emolument formulas designed to nourish and replenish your skins ‘natural’ moisture and elasticity. You tap on the day-time serums, massage in the lotions, slather on the night-time creams, and hydrating masks. There’s no end to the products available for your use, because somewhere in the range of “baby-boomer”…you’re the largest market to appeal to. The problem that arises from these products is that they’re designed to make your skin chemically-dependent on them…they don’t heal or solve the problem, they mask it. Worse, your skin is fooled into thinking it has enough protection so it stops bothering to remedy it’s own situation. It becomes drier and less supple the more you use.

Many, if not most of these products are laden with chemical agents derived from petroleum oil. Yep, that thick, crude, fossil, tar-like oil that we rely on & argue about so seriously. The same place all our plastics, synthetics, and gasoline come from. Technology at it’s finest, and you’re paying for it in more ways than one. What does the future hold in store? Does it get better for anyone? The hottest directions for skincare employ the addition of natural and artificial hormones, like estrogen and progesterone. Some top-selling products  include animal reproductive organs.  Another hip tactic involves genetic modification of the cells through nano-technology.

EDUCATE YOURSELF!

Like so many other industries…the skincare and cosmetic industry relies on your ignorance as a “consumer”. They don’t want you having any knowledge about your health. Knowledge = self-responsibility, self-reliance, and the simple conclusion that “less is more”. For instance, drinking more water will greatly improve the look and feel of your skin. However, somehow we’ve all gotten twisted-up in the game…where we believe that the more expensive something is…the better it works. Over time consumerism has taught people to put their trust & health into the hands of corporations and believe they have their best interests at heart. Thanks to the Internet, more and more people are beginning to educate themselves on their health, and share that wealth of information with others. The Internet has also allowed small, home-spun, cottage-industry, and holistic, independent businesses to pop up everywhere. Businesses just like ours! It’s why we focus on our online sales most, and so much appreciate you as a patron…when you take the time to review our products, and pass along the benefits by word-of-mouth. Thank you!

We could say that there’s no way for us to ever compete with the commercial industry, but that’s not what we believe. By way of the Internet, and with wise, educated consumers that use their purchasing dollars to make their choice clear…we believe we can all make a difference. Take a look at all the major cosmetic companies, and they’re all pushing new, natural lines. That’s because of people like you, making healthy choices! They follow the spending, and they’re working to capture this rising market of new, health-conscious, educated, and aware consumer…and that’s a good thing.

KEEPING IT REAL!

We still urge people to shop locally, and buy from Indie markets, and not be lured back in by the marketing tactics of big-business. We all know that this country was built on the backs of us little people, and we’re all witnessing the ill-effects of what happens when we put our faith into the hands of corporations. We need to get back to basics in more ways than one. Of course, we need to focus on our health first and foremost…so we have the energy and well-being to follow through on the rest. Next, with our purchasing-dollars (which we can’t strive enough…the importance of) we all need to support our local communities, and small business as much as possible these days! We need to be creative, problem-solvers, and really utilize the resources we have available to us. Plant small gardens, hang your clothes to dry, turn off the TV and spend some time with your family. Ride your bike to the local market. Don’t have a local market? Maybe start one?

And, when you find a great little product, or business online….one you really resonate with…..there’s nothing greater you can do than to inform your friends and family about it! Blog about it, or email the link to others. Building a reputation online is no easy feat, and without people helping spread the word…a great business can get lost.
